Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted only when a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error from our side.
Customers must record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the package condition and product. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
After review and verification, eligible requests may be approved for replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund as deemed appropriate by Saawariya.
